We provide learning, physical disability and sensory impairment services in a therapeutic environment to deliver person-centred & individually tailored care packages.
Every person with a learning disability is unique and Brook House services are set up to fulfil service users needs in a meaningful, person centred manner. Our team are always
on duty 24 hours a day to plan and supervise service user care ensuring the highest standards are met at all times.
This process begins with a comprehensive needs-led assessment. All our assessments involve the individual, their family/carers, current care provider, social worker to ensure
that the needs of the individual are met. The quality of care
will be a priority and full attention will be given to emotional and physical needs.
